Booking & Quotation Details

Airport/Port Transfer: Full payment is required. Provide screenshot after payment.

Chartered Car: 30% deposit confirms booking. Balance due before trip ends.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

.Airport/Port Transfer

→ Cancel 3 days in advance: 90% refund (10% admin fee).

→ Cancel within 3 days: 70% refund (10% admin + 20% driver compensation).

No refund if driver is dispatched.

.Chartered Car

→ Deposit is non-refundable but allows one free reschedule within 2 months.
